We appreciate all feedback, even when it's critical, as it gives us an opportunity to clarify and improve. However, we must address the misleading and inaccurate claims in this review.
To be clear, no business transaction ever took place between us and this individual. They initially contacted us about purchasing a Copart auction vehicle. We did respond—first by email and then by text, as they themselves acknowledge. Our communication, while not instantaneous, was within a reasonable timeframe for a non-client inquiry, and we were transparent in stating that we ultimately could not assist due to credentialing limitations specific to Copart's requirements. We don't assist in buying from any salvage auction and reserve the right to decline involvement in any vehicle transaction we deem unreliable.
The suggestion that we ignored this person based on the value of the vehicle is both speculative and incorrect. Our business does not discriminate based on vehicle value. We routinely assist with a wide range of purchases, and our decision not to proceed was strictly based on access restrictions and vehicle conditions—not perceived profit.
Unfortunately, this reviewer has interpreted the situation as a personal slight rather than what it was: a simple case of incompatibility between the requested service and our available resources. Their assertion that communication by text somehow equates to a “subpar” business is not only unfounded but overlooks the reality that many reputable businesses, especially in the automotive sector, use text to facilitate quick, convenient updates.
Lastly, we stand by the professionalism of our team. We strive to communicate honestly, even if the answer isn't what someone wants to hear. We regret that this individual felt compelled to leave a negative review despite no agreement, payment, or service having occurred—and we respectfully suggest that presenting screenshots out of context does not change the facts.
We wish them the best in their future endeavors and hope they find a service better aligned with their expectations.
